What we do

Unicorn Creative works with event organisers, agencies, venues and businesses to design and deliver the visual and physical world of an event. Every element — the spatial layout, the colour palette, the floristry, the table settings, the lighting direction, the styling details — is considered in relation to the brand, the audience, and the experience being created.

We don't do generic. We don't do trend-led for its own sake. We design for the specific event, the specific brand, and the specific moment — so that the space tells the same story as the strategy.

About Leah Anderson

Creative Director

Leah has spent twenty years making event spaces feel deliberate.

She co-founded Unicorn Group in 2006 and built the creative offering from the ground up — training in floristry and spatial design after recognising that the standard of creative work available in the market wasn't meeting the standard of thinking happening in the brief.

She has an extraordinary eye for what a space needs to feel right — the ability to walk into a room and understand instinctively what it's missing. Her work is brand-led, not trend-led. She designs for the experience, not the photograph.

She has styled and designed events for organisations including NAB, Westpac, St George Banking Group, RAMS Home Loans, Caterpillar, Amplifon, Tourism New Zealand, Cambodian Children's Trust, Experience Gold Coast, TCEB, Toyota and Marriott International across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Indonesia, the USA and the Pacific Islands.
